I'll start out by saying it is easily the worst of the three.  The action scenes were decent if not a little confusing.  I dislike what they did with Peter Parker under the influence of the symbiote (stupid emo haircut).  I'm a big Bruce Campbell fan, so his scene was one of my favorites in the movie. After all the talk the last year or so, it is nice to see that the market is recovering.  Apparently, the increase is due in large part to a major gain in corporate earnings.  This record-breaking close also comes at a time when there is a major slump in the housing market.
